Read and download the document<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1559905152776{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1625645902175{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”]The Italian Foundation for Business Reporting<\/strong> \u2013 Sustainability, Non-Financial and Integrated Reporting<\/strong> (O.I.B.R.<\/strong>) is the dedicated body in Italy to issues related to the reporting and disclosure of information and measures (KPIs) related to sustainability \/ ESG \/ climate change, non-financial reporting, intangibles and intellectual capital, and integrated reporting and governance (“integrated thinking”).<\/p>\n

NATURE AND CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The O.I.B.R. is a legally recognised non-profit Foundation and is a market-led organization, operating in the public interest, which deals with the elaboration and dissemination of guidelines, studies and research, principles and standards with a technical-operational nature with reference to the issues mentioned above.<\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL ENDORSEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Foundation is officially supported and recognized by the following international bodies: International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). It also represents the Italian jurisdiction of the WICI Global Network.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the O.I.B.R. Foundation is the only Italian member of the <IR> Council of the Value Reporting Foundation.<\/p>\n

AREAS OF ACTIVITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main activities of O.I.B.R. Foundation are:<\/p>\n

  • Provide Italy with a common meeting point and working platform;<\/li>\n
  • Represent a significant Italian voice in the global debate;<\/li>\n
  • Promote a new culture of reporting, transparency and governance in Italy and internationally;<\/li>\n
  • Develop and release local guidelines and standards;<\/li>\n
  • Conduct studies on topics that are felt as relevant by the Italian stakeholders;<\/li>\n
  • Organize multi-stakeholder working groups;<\/li>\n
  • Respond to, and engage with, national and international consultations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text]\n
